CanadaHelps allows for one-time donations, as well as monthly payments.

Donate stocks or securities
Changes to the federal budget in 2006 made donating securities to charities you would like to support much easier, since the capital gain tax was eliminated on such donations.

Contributions in Kind
In-kind contributions are also very welcome, to help Coastal Squash operate smoothly and efficiently. For example, so far we have received in-kind contributions of squash equipment and accounting services. To help in this regard, contributions in kind could include healthy snacks for students, used office equipment, or any other items that might help our students excel.
