Jay Lundy
Business Consultant
Jay Lundy was born and raised in Vancouver and has a background in education, business management and leadership development. He currently operates two businesses in retreat planning and facilitation, team building and adventure-based learning. His volunteer work over the last two decades has included developing national teaching standards for several sport and business organizations. An active squash player himself, Jay sees Coastal Squash as a perfect match to his interests in sport, academics and youth development.

Sue Wastie
Speech Language Pathologist
In addition to being a certified squash coach (NCCP Level 2) and an accomplished squash player (she has twice coached the BC Canada Games Men's and Women's Teams and in 2011 came 3rd in her age group at the Nationals in Toronto, matching her 2010 position), Sue is a BC Registered, Canadian Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Masters degree in Education. She has a part-time private practice serving school-age children with a variety of communication disorders specifically those related to Autism and Hearing Loss. Sue is currently involved in a research project with the Learning Toolkit, a Canadian-designed literacy tool for elementary grades that can be adapted for children who have special needs. Since 1997, Sue has been honourary Clinical Assistant Professor at UBC’s Faculty of Medicine, School of Audiology and Speech Sciences. In 2004, Sue was awarded the Honours of the BC Association of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.

Clay Gillespie
Financial Advisor and Managing Director
Clay is a financial advisor and portfolio manager and the Managing Director of Rogers Group Financial, responsible for leading the overall operations of Rogers Group Financial. Clay has been with Rogers Group Financial since 1992 and a member of their board since 2003. He has a finance degree from Simon Fraser University (BBA). He is a Certified Investment Manager (CIM) and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and is a Fellow of Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI).

Kevin Kydd
Executive Director, Squash BC
Kevin runs the provincial squash association, with the mandate of promoting the sport, particularly to juniors. Kevin is a level 3 NCCP Squash coach, and also a certified B1 Squash official.

David Clutton
Executive Director, Coastal Squash
Dave has a background in small business management, with extensive experience in logistics and event management. He has coached both junior and senior squash players, and is a level 2 NCCP Squash coach.

Viktor Berg
Squash Professional
Viktor has played high-level squash in both singles and doubles squash, and has represented Canada at both the Junior and Senior World Championships, including winning gold at The Pan American Games. In 2003, Viktor achieved his highest ever world ranking of #39 on the PSA circuit. Viktor then moved his squash talent from the singles game to the doubles game, where he found himself rising quickly through the world rankings. In 2004, Viktor became the worlds mixed doubles champion and in 2007-2010 Viktor claimed the #1 world ranking in doubles.

Shauna Flath
Squash Professional
Shauna is the Head Squash Professional at Jericho Tennis Club. With over 20 years experience in coaching, provincially and nationally, Shauna is a Level 3 NCCP Coach, currently enrolled in the Level 4 program. She also holds a Bachelor of Physical Education degree from the University of Calgary.
Shauna is currently the Senior Women’s National and Espoir coach for Canada. She has represented Canada internationally at the Commonwealth Games, Pan American Championships and the Pan Am Games. Shauna led the Canadian Women’s Team to the World Championships in Cairo, Egypt in December 2008.
